Meet the Team

It takes people and collaborations to bring ideas to life.

The Veranda may have 120 years of history, but it's the people here today who care for it, welcome our guests and help shape what comes next.

From hospitality and operations to dining, wellness, shopping, entertainment and new experiences, meet some of the people bringing The Veranda to life.

Jonathan Avigdori

Owner & Managing Partner

Jonathan leads the vision, development and day-to-day evolution of The Veranda.

Since purchasing the property with his brother Amir in 2022, his focus has been on preserving what makes The Veranda special while expanding what it can become, from a traditional bed and breakfast into a boutique destination for staying, dining, shopping, wellness, events and experiences.

With over 25 years of experience in business consulting and development, marketing and entertainment, Jonathan brings fresh ideas to the property, with a 10-year plan to develop the Veranda Village.

His philosophy for the property is simple: “Preserve the old. Introduce the new.”

Together, the brothers share a commitment to preserving this remarkable historic property while building a sustainable future for it, one that honors its history while allowing The Veranda to continue evolving for generations to come.
